RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The user has the possibility of exercising their right of withdrawal on the purchase of products made at CRISAL DECORACION within fourteen working days according to the calendar of their locality, from the receipt of the order at the chosen delivery address. The products must be in perfect condition, must not have been used beyond the mere checking of the product and must retain their original labels, as well as their packaging and - where applicable - original documentation and accessories, also in perfect condition. If the product is returned without its original packaging, CRISAL DECORACION reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if it is considered that the product has suffered depreciation. 

Returns will not be accepted for products customised according to the customer's instructions or manufactured, adapted or made to the customer's specifications. CRISAL DECORACION reserves the right to refuse the right to return products in the event of a breach of the provisions of these particular conditions.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: 

To proceed to make product returns, you must - within fourteen working days of receipt of the order - send an email to the address: info@crisaldecoracion.com indicating the order number affected as well as the product or products to be returned. Once the complaint has been received, CRISAL DECORACION will contact the customer to arrange home collection of the products, the address being understood to be the customer's shop or warehouse.

Except in cases of receipt of defective products from the factory and/or damaged during shipment, the shipping costs associated with the return will be the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. CRISAL DECORACION will refuse to receive any return sent in "cash on delivery" mode. Once the request to exercise the right of withdrawal has been received by the purchaser and once in possession of the goods to be returned, CRISAL DECORACION will proceed to examine the products received and will then carry out the return. The refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible and, always subject to the provisions of these particular terms and conditions.

The shipping and return costs of the products shall be borne by the customer. The diminished value of the returned products due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, will be the sole responsibility of the customer, who must compensate CRISAL DECORACION for the damage caused. 

The customer shall not have the right to cancel in the cases established in the applicable regulations and, in particular, by way of example and without limitation, in the following cases: (i) leisure services, when they are for a specific date or period; (ii) products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised; (iii) sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once the seal has been removed.

PRODUCT RETURNS - MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND/OR TRANSPORT DAMAGE: 

The buyer has the possibility of returning products received in poor condition, either due to tare or manufacturing defect, (provided that such defects have not been due to tampering or misuse by the user), or that have been damaged in transit. 

The claim in the event of receiving a damaged product should be made as soon as possible, being necessary that it occurs within 24 hours of receipt of the order so that it can be covered by the transport insurance. If the defect has been caused during transport (knocks, scratches, breakages, etc.), this must be indicated on the delivery note of the carrier. If you do not indicate this, by signing the delivery note you are expressing your agreement with the delivery and the transport company will not be held responsible for any damage of this type. 

Likewise, you must indicate the lack of product on the delivery note. If you do not do so, the transport company will not be responsible for delivery errors or loss of goods. 

In case of damage caused during transport, you have a period of 24 hours after receiving the goods to report the damage to the logistics department: info@crisaldecoracion.com. Remember to send the photographs by email. Without photographs we cannot process the incident. CRISAL DECORACION reserves the right to refuse the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these particular conditions.

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS: 

In order to return a product with a manufacturing defect, a declaration to this effect must be sent by e-mail to the following address: info@crisaldecoracion.com, indicating the order number affected as well as the product or products to be returned and a detailed list of the defects found in them. 

Arrangements will then be made to collect the products to be returned. With the exception of the defect or defect found, each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, original documentation and accessories that came with it. If the product is returned without the original packaging, CRISAL DECORACION reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if it is considered that the product has suffered a depreciation. 

Once in possession of the returned goods, CRISAL DECORACION will proceed to examine the products received. Once the existence of a manufacturing defect has been verified and provided that the aforementioned conditions are met, CRISAL DECORACION will proceed to process the corresponding replacement of the product with another of identical characteristics. If it is not possible to replace the product, CRISAL DECORACION will inform the user of this circumstance and will proceed to pay the user the amount corresponding to the purchase of the product. 

In this case, the refund of amounts paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible and, always subject to the provisions of these particular terms and conditions. In the case of receipt of products in poor condition attributable to their transport, and provided that it is not possible to replace them, CRISAL DECORACION will proceed to pay the user the corresponding amount as soon as possible.

In the event of defective products or incorrect deliveries, all costs will be borne by us. In the event of returning or exchanging the product for other reasons, the customer will bear the shipping costs incurred, both there and back.
